Account and data deletion

Delete your GrowMe+ account

You can permanently delete your GrowMe+ account and associated data inside the app. If you cannot access GrowMe+, submit an email request from the address connected to your account.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Check that any information you want to keep has been exported or recorded first.

Delete inside GrowMe+

Open GrowMe+ and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Profile, then select the settings icon.
Select Delete account and data.
Review the warning, continue, and type DELETE.
Confirm the same Google account when asked to verify your identity.

GrowMe+ starts cloud deletion immediately after successful reauthentication and clears local account data on that device after the server confirms completion.

Request deletion without the app

Email Natives AI from the Google email address connected to your GrowMe+ account. Use the subject shown below and state that you want the GrowMe+ account and associated data permanently deleted.

For security, Natives AI may ask you to verify control of the account email. Never send a password, Google verification code, payment-card number, or identity document.

Data covered by deletion

Firebase login account and GrowMe+ profile.
Display name, profile photo, mana, level, and achievements.
My Garden plants, care and health logs, and uploaded garden photos.
Plant ID history and associated account photos.
Tohunga conversation history.
Kai spots you own, their photos, and your community-garden update attribution.
Account-linked AI usage records, reports, and other user-rooted GrowMe+ records covered by the deletion process.

Copies stored only on another device may remain until GrowMe+ is opened on that device, its app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Shared, anonymous Plant ID cache results are not tied to your account and expire automatically.

Minimal security record retained

After deletion, GrowMe+ retains a security tombstone containing only the former Firebase user identifier as its record key and the time deletion started. It does not contain your name, email, profile, photos, garden, chat, or map content. This record prevents stale credentials or delayed events from recreating deleted account data.

Subscriptions

Deleting GrowMe+ does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Google Play or Apple. Cancel any active store subscription in the relevant store's subscription settings to prevent future renewal.
